The Flash Developer is responsible for leading the development of Rich Internet and Mobile Applications including defining architecture, design implementation, code development & documentation, and maintenance and testing. This includes long-term strategic architecture planning, as well as day-to-day hands-on development and coordination. The Flash Developer routinely consults with other team members in application architecture & design, best practices & coding standards, resolves difficult technical problems and serves as a primary point of contact for rich and mobile application technical issues.
The Flash Developer takes ownership of their work, with a dedication to innovation and a passion for advanced web and mobile application technology. We work with clients large and small but we expect everyone on our team to bring a high level of communication, customer service and integrity to each of them. Within our team, the Flash Developer will handle project/task completion independently while also working as a team member, excelling in time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask. This team member will participate in collaborative team meetings concerning projects and programs, identifying project gaps and recommending solutions.
