Sr. Programmer Flex Actionscript

Our client is looking for a Senior Programmer to participate in the design and development of a multi-user, multi-tenant, analytics centric web application using RIA technologies with specific focus on Flex and ActionScript working with other developers under the guidance of a Lead.
Responsibilities:
-Design, develop and test web application user interface using Flex, ActionScript and other related technologies.
-Develop code using established best practices
-Produce necessary technical documentation.
-Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
-Experience or familiarity working with the following technologies:
o Application security implementation using identity management systems
o Application integration technologies such as ESB, JMS, Web services using SOAP
o MySQL, MS SQL, LDAP
-Experience with Service Oriented Architecture paradigm is a must
-Familiarity with data mining concepts, ETL processes
-Fluent in SQL and familiar with data modeling and data architecture concepts
-Experience in using build environments using Maven, Ant, Hudson etc is preferred.
-Working in Agile/Scrum Methodology
-Stellar documentation skills with keen eye for details.
-Must be a proactive, self-directed, detail-oriented, independent worker with strong interpersonal skills
-Flexibility in work hours to manage interaction with geographically distributed development teams
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
