Description:
Experience in the following areas is required:
- 2+ years of Adobe Flash/Flex development
- 1+ year of Java SE development
- Software engineering principles
- Object-Oriented experience
- Operating System familiarity (Solaris, Linux, Windows)

Knowledge or experience in the following areas is preferred:
- Java EE development and administration
- PHP
- Python
- KML
- Google Earth

Knowledge or experience in the following areas is an asset:
- Geographic Information Systems
- Meteorology
- Sun Java Enterprise System (Web Server, Application Server, Message Queue,
Access Manager, and Portal)
- Configure security providers and logging
- Unix system administration

Candidates should have demonstrated leadership skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The following are the basic requirements for this position:
- BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
- U.S. citizenship
- DoD Secret security clearance eligibility
